Galvao (pronounced Gal-vow) was the soccer coach at Highland High School for 13 years, starting the girls program in 1990. From 1994 to 1996 he coached the boys squad, guiding the Bulldogs to the playoffs each year as well as the programs’ first-ever playoff win.
