explains weather terms and concepts in easily understood terms. There is also an "Ask Dan" Q and A section.
The official Sea World/Busch Gardens site has lots of good resources. We
like the "Animal Bytes" section that has essential information on numerous land and sea animals.
"Views of the Solar System" is a very informative site dealing
with the solar system.
Mad Scientist Network is an interesting concept: people e-mail questions and
one of a network of scientists who contribute will answer it. There are archives of questions, links and more.
The Why? Files has interesting news and archived articles about different
issues and topics in science.
