AVC Tropical Biology Class Scrapbook

Our previous classes in Tropical Biology have visited some fabulous parts of the world. Each location had a unique assemblage of plants and animals, many of these (e.g. in Australia) are found nowhere else on the planet. In every class, students returned home with a wealth of biological knowledge and a profound appreciation of the wonderful diversity of life on Earth. Here is a scrapbook of notes, maps and photos representing some of our memorable encounters in Ecuador, Costa Rica, Australia, and East Africa.
