Meeting Requirements:
This course, Biology 101, is a hybrid course. The lecture is taught primarily online and the lab will be taught at AV campus. The student must enroll in and attend a lab class on campus. You can choose from any lab in the schedule Monday through Friday.
This class will meet a total of 6 times. The first meeting is a mandatory orientation to the course and will be held in LH 100 on Monday, February 4th 2008 at 4:00 pm. There will be 5 additional meetings including 4 midterms and 1 final.
All examinations will be held at AVC in LH 100 at 4:00 pm.

Second Test: 3/17/08
Third Test: 4/14/08
Fourth Test: 4/28/08
Final Examination: 5/19/08

The required textbook: The Living World. George B. Johonson, and Jonathan Losos. Fifth Edition. 2008 by McGraw-Hill.
