Meeting Requirements:
There are five mandatory on campus class meetings. Any student absent from the first class meeting will be dropped as a NO-SHOW. There will be three meetings for chapter review (lecture) and midterm examinations, and one final meeting for a comprehensive final examination. Please note that all on campus examinations are closed book. You will only be permitted to use a non-programmable calculator. All five on campus meetings will be held on Friday from 6:00PM - 9:00PM in room BE246. The first class meeting will be on Friday, February 08, 2008 in room BE246.
There is also a mandatory 8 to 10 page term paper requirement for this online course on a real estate subject of your interest. The topic of the paper must be related to the course objectives or subject matter of this course. Furthermore the topic must be pre-approved by the instructor.
The details of this research project will be discussed on your first class meeting and on your first midterm examination date of March 7, 2008 in Room BE246.
Special Requirements:
You will need a computer with internet access to take this course.
All students must use their Antelope Valley College e-mail address while participating in this course.
You will need five Scantron sheets (one package) and a pencil for on campus testing.
