  2. Do the homework assigned and check your answers to the exercises in the back of the book. Be prepared to ask questions in class about those you do not understand.
  3. It is a good idea to study the material in the text before it is presented in class; so, whenever possible, read the next section to prepare for tomorrow.
  4. Late homework is discouraged and will not be accepted after the test on that chapter.
